Voice Rights and Usage Policy

You may only clone a voice if you own the rights to that voice sample or have clear, documented permission from the person or rights holder for the intended use. This includes commercial, internal, training, promotional, and public release uses.

• No deceptive impersonation, fraud, phishing, or fake endorsements.
• No cloning or publication of a voice in a way that violates privacy, publicity, labor, election, or consumer protection law.
• No unlawful use of celebrity, public figure, employee, customer, or private individual voices.

The integrated preset voices included with the current release may be used to create lawful commercial outputs such as narration, content voiceovers, ads, courses, or podcasts. They are licensed as output tools, not sold as standalone voice identities, raw datasets, or redistributable voice models.

You may not extract, resell, sublicense, publish, or market the built-in preset voices themselves as a competing voice pack or model library.

Subject to lawful inputs and lawful use, you keep the rights you create in your generated audio and video outputs. That does not override third-party rights attached to a voice identity, script, trademark, soundtrack, likeness, or source material that you do not own.

You are responsible for obtaining talent releases, client approvals, employment permissions, copyright clearances, and any disclosures required by law or platform rules. If you are producing client work, you should keep written evidence of permissions.

We may suspend account services, downloads, or license operations if we reasonably believe the product is being used for unlawful voice exploitation, deceptive impersonation, or other prohibited conduct.
