Because Clony Voice is delivered digitally and license access is created immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not granted once the account, license, or download access has been successfully delivered and activated.

If mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.

• Duplicate payments or clear billing errors.
• Failure to provision the purchased license, account, or download despite successful payment.
• A material defect that prevents activation or core use on a supported Windows environment, after reasonable troubleshooting with support.

• Change of mind after successful digital delivery.
• Unsupported hardware, missing drivers, unsupported operating systems, or environments that do not meet the published requirements.
• Misuse, local system conflicts, or third-party tools outside our control.
• Requests based only on expected future features or roadmap assumptions.

Contact us through the public contact page within 14 days of purchase and include the order email, payment date, and a precise description of the issue. We may ask for logs, screenshots, or system details needed to verify the claim.

If the checkout flow asks you to consent to immediate digital delivery, any statutory withdrawal right for digital content may be waived to the extent permitted by law once delivery starts.
