Terms and Commercial Conditions

These terms govern the purchase and use of ClonyVoice, including the website, checkout flow, licensing services, downloads, and the desktop software made available after purchase.

Last updated: March 21, 2026

1. What you buy

Unless a different offer is shown at checkout, ClonyVoice is sold as a one-time paid software license for the desktop product and related activation services. The exact price, taxes, discounts, and offer conditions displayed at checkout control the purchase.

Marketing pages describe the current release scope, but specific future features, release dates, and integrations are never guaranteed unless explicitly stated at checkout.

NOVA2G is exempt from VAT under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Prices shown at checkout are therefore net of tax.

2. License grant

After successful payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ClonyVoice for your internal or commercial projects, subject to the activation limits and license records shown in your account.

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software except where mandatory law expressly allows it.

3. Account and activation

You are responsible for keeping account credentials, login links, and download links secure. License activations, machine bindings, and download tokens may be limited or revoked when abuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing is detected.

You must provide accurate billing and account information and keep it up to date.

The license is granted on a perpetual basis. You may request the deletion of your account at any time via the contact page. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund beyond the 14-day money-back guarantee period.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use ClonyVoice for fraud, deception, impersonation without consent, defamation, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.
  • Do not clone or publish a voice unless you own the rights or have explicit permission for that use.
  • Do not bypass payment, activation, download, or security controls.
  • Do not use the product in violation of privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, election, or consumer protection law.

5. Commercial rights and ownership

Subject to lawful inputs and compliant use, you may commercially use audio and video outputs that you generate with your license. The software, website, branding, integrated preset voices, and underlying models remain the property of ClonyVoice or its licensors.

You do not acquire ownership of the software itself, of built-in preset voices as standalone assets, or of any third-party voice identity you do not lawfully control.

6. Service availability and support

The public website, account area, license services, and download services may change, be updated, or enter maintenance. We aim for reliable availability but do not promise uninterrupted operation.

You are responsible for using a supported Windows environment and compatible hardware. Performance can vary based on GPU, CPU, drivers, and system configuration.

7. Suspension, liability, and law

We may suspend access to website services, downloads, or license operations if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Mandatory consumer protections still apply where required.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the consumer's country of residence.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, without needing to give a reason.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the download or activation begins, in accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code. If you have not yet downloaded or activated the software, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting [email protected].

This is without prejudice to our 14-day commercial guarantee detailed in the refund policy.

A standard withdrawal form is available in the annex to Article R221-1 of the French Consumer Code. You may send it to [email protected] or use the contact page.

9. Legal warranties

Under French consumer law (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Code de la consommation), you benefit from a legal warranty of conformity for digital content. This warranty covers defects existing at the time of supply and those appearing within two years.

You also benefit from the warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, entitling you to a refund if the product has a hidden defect making it unfit for its intended purpose.

10. Delivery

After payment confirmation, the software is made available for immediate download from your account area. A download link is also sent to you by email. If you experience any delivery issues, contact our support via the contact page.

11. Consumer mediation

Under French consumer law (Articles L611-1 and L612-1 of the Code de la consommation), if a dispute is not resolved by our customer service, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. The designated mediator is:

CNPM — MÉDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION
27 Avenue de la Libération, 42400 Saint-Chamond, France

You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
