If you are not satisfied with ClonyVoice for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, simply log in to your account and send a message to our support team explaining briefly why you would like a refund. We will process your request promptly.
2. How to request a refund
- Log in to your ClonyVoice account.
- Go to the Contact page and send a message with the subject "Refund request".
- Include a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- We will review your request and process the refund within 14 days.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3. After the 14-day period
After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds may still be reviewed in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments or clear billing errors.
- Failure to deliver the purchased license or download despite successful payment.
- A material defect that prevents activation or core use on a supported Windows environment, after reasonable troubleshooting with support.
4. Cases not covered
- Unsupported hardware, missing drivers, or environments that do not meet the published system requirements (Windows 11, 16 GB RAM).
- Requests based solely on expected future features or roadmap assumptions.
- Requests submitted after the 14-day period without a qualifying technical issue.
5. Your legal rights
The commercial guarantee described above does not replace your legal rights. As a consumer, you may also be entitled to:
- A 14-day right of withdrawal (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). For digital content supplied immediately, this right may be limited under Article L221-28, 13°.
- The legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), covering conformity defects for two years.
- The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

6. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L611-1 and L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute is not resolved through our customer service, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. The designated mediator is:
