Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the current ClonyVoice lifetime software licence, its one-time checkout, downloads, licence services and support.
Ultimo aggiornamento: 21 marzo 20261. Offer and price
ClonyVoice is sold as a one-time lifetime software licence, currently configured at 49 EUR. The amount and currency displayed and accepted at Stripe Checkout control the order. There is no automatic renewal, subscription, credit pack or ClonyVoice usage charge.
NOVA2G is exempt from VAT under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
2. Licence scope
A confirmed purchase grants the linked ClonyVoice account a durable, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the supported desktop software and included features, subject to these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the software, branding, integrated assets or third-party components.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer or bypass payment, activation or security controls except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
3. Order, delivery and account
The licence is delivered after Stripe confirms the one-time payment and the product entitlement appears on the linked account. Keep your account, verification codes and machine secrets secure. If delivery fails after a successful payment, contact support through the contact page.
A refund, chargeback or payment reversal may suspend or revoke the entitlement associated with that order. Purchase evidence is retained for accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling.
4. Codex is separate
Codex or ChatGPT access is not included in the 49 EUR ClonyVoice price. AI-assisted video actions require the official Codex client and an eligible OpenAI account that you obtain and manage separately. OpenAI controls availability, plan eligibility, limits and its own terms.
ClonyVoice uses the Codex session already authenticated on your computer and does not ask for an OpenAI API key. Installing the ClonyVoice Video skill and starting a Codex task require an explicit action from you. ClonyVoice does not guarantee uninterrupted access to a third-party service.
5. Lawful inputs and acceptable use
- Use only voices, images, audio, video, brands and other material that you own or are authorised to use.
- Do not use ClonyVoice for fraud, deception, unlawful impersonation, harassment, defamation, privacy violations or illegal surveillance.
- Respect copyright, publicity, trademark, election, consumer-protection and disclosure duties, including rules applicable to synthetic media.
- Review every result before publishing it. You remain responsible for the instructions, source material and output you choose to use.
6. Outputs and commercial use
Subject to lawful inputs, third-party terms and these conditions, outputs created under an active licence may be used commercially and remain usable after creation. ClonyVoice grants no rights in a third party’s voice, identity, brand or protected work.
7. Availability, suspension and liability
Local features, updates, licence services, downloads and support may evolve or enter maintenance. Hardware, drivers, OpenAI availability and third-party software can affect performance. We may suspend online licence operations for fraud, security risk or material breach.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. French law applies, subject to mandatory protections in the consumer’s country of residence.
8. Withdrawal and refunds for digital software
Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. For digital content supplied immediately without a tangible medium, loss of that right can occur only where the legal conditions are met, including prior express consent to immediate performance and express acknowledgement of the loss of the right under Article L221-28, 13°. If those conditions are not met, statutory rights remain available.
ClonyVoice also publishes a 14-day commercial refund policy. A refund revokes the corresponding lifetime entitlement but does not remotely delete files already stored on your computer. Send requests to [email protected] or through the contact page.
9. Legal warranties
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and from the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. These mandatory rights are not replaced by the commercial refund policy.
10. Support and mediation
Contact support first through the contact page. If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, you may refer it free of charge to CNPM — MÉDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION, 27 Avenue de la Libération, 42400 Saint-Chamond, France — cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu.
